What we collect through this website, why, who else handles it, and how to see, fix or delete it. Last updated 7 October 2026.
Who we are
Topham & Co Pty Ltd, run by Nick and Ash Topham in Singleton NSW. If you have a question about your information, email ash@ashtopham.com.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, email, phone number, business name, and your answers (for example, the kind of business and rough turnover).
- When you book a call: the time you pick and the details you give the booking page.
- How you got here and what you did: the ad or link you came from, and pages viewed, through the Meta pixel (see below).
We don't ask for payment details, and we don't collect anything you haven't typed in or that the pixel doesn't record.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, run the call you booked and send you anything we promised.
- To send you our emails on using AI in business, if you sent one of the forms that says so. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off the list.
- To see which ads bring people who book, so we spend less on the ones that don't.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services below that help us run the site.
Who else handles it
These services store or process some of it for us. Some of them keep data outside Australia.
- Netlify hosts this website and stores what you send through our forms.
- MailerLite sends our emails and keeps the email list.
- Google runs the booking calendar: your booking goes into our Google Calendar, and Google sends you the invite and video link.
- Google runs our email inbox, where form notifications arrive.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) runs our ads. The Meta pixel on this site records page visits and when a form is sent. When you send a form, we also send Meta your email address and first name, scrambled (hashed) so Meta can only match them to an account it already has. Meta uses this to tell us which ads worked.
What we build for clients is separate from this website, and covered in each client agreement. This page is only about this website.
Cookies
The Meta pixel uses cookies to recognise a visit that came from an ad. If you'd rather it didn't, you can block third-party cookies in your browser, or change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. The site works either way.
How long we keep it
For as long as it's useful for talking to you or doing work for you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law needs us to keep something (for example, records of work we've invoiced).
Seeing, fixing or deleting your information
Email ash@ashtopham.com and tell us what you'd like. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
